 I am thankful for our freedoms....I love our country and I continue to pray for strong leaders and the unity of Americans!

Blessings 2020 ~ sunshine through stained glass windows. We had heavy rain this morning as we headed out to church. But towards the end of worship service the clouds parted and the sun shone through.... those beautiful stained windows

Blessings ~ 2020. Today I am thankful for memories. After seeing your post on Facebook with your mom, my mind was flooded with the memories that I have of her. I can remember being in her home, seeing her at church, eating those delicious “snaps” at her table. Stopping by to see her at Bentley Commons on my way home and reading the Bible with her and then her saying” you better get on home now and fix supper for your man”. Although I have known her for my entire life she lovingly slipped into my life even more after I lost my mom. She had a way of saying Honey that only a mother can do. But most of all my memory is of how strong she has and continues to be in her Christian walk with God. What a role model!! Love her so much. Leave a Reply. |
